THE COLD PLUNGE
FACE THE FREEZE
Brace yourself for a chilling wake-up call. The Cold Plunge drops you into a 4-foot-deep container filled with ice-cold water. You’ll have to navigate your way through submerged obstacles inside the container, disoriented and breathless, as the icy shock tests your mental grit and physical control. It’s not just about getting across—it’s about staying calm, focused, and unshakably badass under pressure.

THE SISTERS RAMP
DOMINATE THE DOUBLE STACK
Prepare to rise—literally. This beast begins with a 19-foot military-grade cargo net climb that pushes your grip strength and determination to the edge. Once you conquer the climb and summit the stacked containers, you’re not done. Next comes the incline ramp, where you’ll haul yourself up using ropes as the walls close in and the crowd below roars. At the peak? Two choices: drop down firefighter-style on vertical poles—or take the long way down using the stairs.
It’s a full-body assault on your courage, balance, and raw grit.

This obstacle is a true test of total-body grit. On your way in, you’ll scramble up a mountain of unstable tires—your legs burn, balance falters, and every step fights back. Once you reach the top and cross the container, it’s all upper body as you face a long stretch of monkey bars. Your grip is fading, your arms are screaming—but letting go means 10 burpees. Make it across, and you’ve just proven you’ve got what it takes to rise and return like a true badass.

At The Vertical Payback, you'll face off with a 12.5Lb (5.4Kg) medicine ball. Squat low, explode upward, and launch that beast 10 feet high to hit your target. And when it comes back down? Catch, squat, and go again.
Every rep demands power from your legs, control in your core, and fire in your lungs. Miss the mark or lose your form, and you're in for a punishment.

Built to Break You. Designed to Prove You.
Prepare for a forearm burner. First, swing your way forward through a 40-foot lane of hanging rings—requiring every ounce of your grip strength, timing, and momentum. Once you hit the turnaround, you’ll face the return journey across a 45-degree inclined wall covered in climbing wall holds. No ropes, no shortcuts—just your hands, your willpower, and pure upper body control. Lose your grip, and it’s burpee time.
